custodian of the forward movement concepts: co-curating or co-crafting all forward movement expanded models of people and organization success
Reaching objectives does not imply perceived exceptional forward movement per se by all actors inside and outside, nor does perfectly executing a plan, delivering a perfect service, or carefully evaluating and upgrading past performances. Making sure that everyone is on board, performs and contributes in significantly better ways than expected does, all while respecting and meeting any vision around for possible better outcomes in real-time as events unfold. From this perspective most structural (read: linear) success models on e.g. how to increase motivation, or how to well organize, fail to see the phenomenon in their full naturally human context, and thus to see actions and actors in their full potency and potential.
The success visions of people in a specific and confined organizational capacity, as well as the traditional models of behavior and organization, both need reduction and expansion for them to embrace exceptional outcomes in the moment with all people around armed with their fullest set of capabilities.

When signing up as an R-network participant on this website, individuals are required to read the book ‘Co-Leadership: the ubiquitous process of all that is missing’ to gain deeper insights into the principles of co-leadership and its application within the network. Additionally, participants must adhere to the free training of ‘R’ (mass-R-elating), encompassing all aspects of understanding, executing, and embodying loyalty towards and by all individuals, engaging in relational conversations at scale.
