world betterer: co-organizing global summits of the legitimately disengaged
The R-Network is concerned about the global state of employeeship and the state of employer-employee relationships. We like to assemble disengaged people who find a hard time motivating themselves and others, or taking initiative for drastic change at work or in their career. We demonstrate that the problem is not hard work or proneness to disengagement due to personal traits or inappropriate behavior tendencies, but mostly poor organization and lack of co-leadership by and of all people in their organization. We help them find new strategies and ways to engage with their leaders and coworkers for those others to be more likely to change as well. Insight is also provided in who is actually considered to be disengaged and why these indicators often are inaccurate, as are the counterproductive isolation, fear and persuasion mechanisms that are widely applied by organizations to deal with disengaged employees, no matter how really loyal these people are to their organization and the fate of all people in it. We learn about the good things from all people and business cultures on effective relating and participation, and on creating open, respectful and supportive environments and conversations.
Sign-up as a participant of the R-Network to explore and discuss how you can help organize or even address the next conferences for the legitimately disengaged.
When signing up as an R-network participant on this website, individuals are required to read the book ‘Co-Leadership: the ubiquitous process of all that is missing’ to gain deeper insights into the principles of co-leadership and its application within the network. Additionally, participants must adhere to the free training of ‘R’ (mass-R-elating), encompassing all aspects of understanding, executing, and embodying loyalty towards and by all individuals, engaging in relational conversations at scale.
